Email to Account Manager attaches normal resume instead of formatted resume
When a candidate is associated with a current job opening, you can select a box to notify the Account Manager (AM) and include a message that is sent via email. This is a very neat feature and we have used it to send pitch notes to the AM, which allows them to turn around and submit the candidate to the client. The problem is that Zoho, automatically attaches the original resume versus the formatted resume. Is there a way to specify that the formatted resume is attached instead. I have looked
Unable to End subscription
I do not want to continue with the solution recruit.zoho.com the site however has been made in an anti competitive manner and does not allow me to close my subscription. There is no option I get in any of the menu or header items to end my paid subscription, if I am still charged I would consider it as cheating

Candidate form submits but doesn't create any candidates
I've created multiple web forms to collect new candidate information. Please see these forms in setup > career website > web forms. NONE of them actually create "candidates" in the candidate section of Zoho (or anywhere else these submission might end up) The form DOES submit successfully, on our website and also on Zoho career website. I have created an email template (eg role is on hold) to send to multiple candidates. I have a workflow role that says when change candidate status to "role on hold", so any candidates still associated with this job that gets put on hold will get their candidate status updated and receive this email template to let them know. I set up a rule to send a confirmation email to candidates and to client contacts when arrange an interview and then change the interview status to "send confirmation". I do not see that this email is being sent. What am I doing wrong?

I'd like an option to create either a candidate or contact using the resume extractor. I have been using this with linkedin and to create a contact, I have to extract it to a candidate, clone it to a contact and then delete the candidate. Is there a better way ?
Unable to export candidate files to CSV or Excel
Hello, I'm trying to export candidate files based on tag lists I've created. I do this all the time with no issues, today when I try to export (CSV/Excel has the same issue) it goes to a blank candidate screen. I tried clearing history/cache (Chrome) as well as IE/Edge---same results. Please advise

Can Zoho CRM integrate with Zoho Recruit? If so in what way? Can it serve as a VMS or would it at least be possible to use it to approve, disapprove, and route incoming job orders before they ever make it into Recruit and get published to the boards and picked up by recruiters? Edit email before sending as part of a workflow rule?
In the old version, when creating a interview, Zoho would ask if I wanted to notify the interviewer and the candidate. I could then selected the appropriate template for each notification. The template would populate and I could change it (I would add time zone designation ) and then send. I could even add a bbc to the candidate notification. In the new version, I can't make any of those necessary changes. It sends what I have in the template without any verification. Would it be possible to

All Form Field Data is not All there is!
Hi, When exporting Job Openings, “Export This View” to XLS, one has a choice to see “Custom View Form Field Data” or “All the Form Field Data”. Unfortunately “No of Candidates Associated” and “Last Modified on” are in the “Custom” download but not in “All”. That somehow does not make sense, does it? They are not custom fields and certainly should be considered if it says “All”? Please include them in the “All Form Field Data” download. Thanks, Thomas

Trouble with ToDo's not closing when marked complete
I tried creating my first ToDo task and it works great except when I mark complete it continues to pop up as a reminder when I launch Zoho Recruit. It says it's completed, so am not sure if it is operator error (me) or something I am missing. Thanks
