Submitting resumes into the system - how to?
I need to put a URL in the job posting that sends them to a page in Recruit where they can attach their resume and fill out a simple form. How do I do that please? I have everything ready to post, just need this one thing. Thanks!

Customized Reports Questions
Is it possible to create a report showing how many interviews took place in a specific week? Also to create a report showing which departments conducted interviews in that week? What about a report for how many candidates were contacted for a specific position? (multiple positions on one report) Any other ideas of good reports to run to analyze recruiting efforts?
Jobs are not visable at customized view or webiste, only in "all jobs"
Hi, Today when added new jobs in job openings and have them published on website they arent visable. When I go to "job openings" and customized view" Co-WORKER Technology" whish is the one we used the new jobs arent visable. If i choose to see "All jobs", then I see them, but not on the customize view were they were made and published

multiple jobboards
Please help: I want to have multiple jobboards on my website. I have no problen with making them or putting them on my website. My problem is that the jobs appear only on one of my jobboards,On the other ones. there is nothing. I think it has something to with the predefined fields code? please help best regards koen .
Client Logo and LinkedIn
It would be nice to be able to upload the client's logo and have it appear next to their name in their client profile (similar to how it appears next to the candidate's name in their profile). Consider a LinkedIn in option for companies/clients too.
Candidate export not working against all candidates
I have attempted to export my candidates. Unfortunately, out of the 8611 we have in the system, only 5001 are exported to the Excel file. Is this a memory issue? Is there something else I should try?
Unwanted Interview Email Alerts to Clients
When I set up interviews with clients and assign a contact as an interviewer, Recruit sends an email to the contact. I would like to send the email separately (for now) and have removed all alerts/automation I can find related to interviews, but the clients are still receiving the emails. Please advise. Mandatory fields are not required to be populated
We have ticked all the boxes for the application questions to be mandatory but yet we are still receiving CV's with missing information. Please advise Thankyou
Cant upload docs from Google Drive
The screen turns to grey when I want to upload any doc from Google Drive to Zoho Recruit and it does not get uploaded. I tried it from different PCs and from different browsers as well. Java is the latest one installed. I had no problem with it before. What can be the problem with it?
Email Fatal Error
We cannot send emails from any menu in ZOHO Recruit. Our testing has shown it is probably due to our TLD being .careers. We can send using .com but the VALID TLD of .careers is displaying the following error: 'Unable to process your request' and at top displaying 'Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator'. This is a HUGE breaker item for us - can you confirm that .careers is the problem and give me a date when this will be corrected? Thanks, Steve Thoeny Brook

I have found numerous iterations of the api call using getRecordById() in some form or another but none work, they redirect me to the homepage. Is there something Im missing, I can getRecords() no problem just not by id
Auto Associate Candidates or Job Openings?
Is there a way to auto associate existing Candidates to a Job Opening based on a set of criteria specified by me? For example, as it stands, I understand that I have to manual click on Associate Candidates in order to do this. Is there any way that when a new Candidate is entered, it searches for compatible Job Openings? And, vice versa...when a new Job Opening is entered, it auto associates qualified Candidates based on criteria I set?

I want to use the "Send Mail" function in the Candidate and Contact modules rather than it using link to their emails so I can document the contact. The problem is I can add the signature for emails sent from the Email module it doesn't show up in the "Send Mail" links. Am I missing something to make this work?

Problem deleting candidates
I tried to import a resume & instead it created a couple dozen incorrect "candidates" from the 1 resume. Then I tried to delete the incorrect candidates, and the system will not allow me to delete them. How do I delete these multiple incorrect "candidates" all at once? I've tried clicking on the boxes to the left of the candidate name, followed by clicking on the delete button, and nothing happens. Very frustrated right now.

My question - when we want to use the "post to job board" facility for Indeed.com (sponsored job listing) does Zoho have an agreed rate with Indeed? How do you change Current Job title, which is picklist style to text style in Candidate without affecting resume parsing?
