How can I set up the Careers website, so that the candidate must complete a registration form, then move on to our job listings and easily click Apply and all the info from their profile (name, experience, etc.) is added to the application. And associate that candidate to the job opening.

API from sms?
Using zapier and zrecruit api would it be possible to record sms messages to a candidate field as a note? I am struggling with how to set up this api correctly. I think I understand the basic concept but applying this to zapier is proving diffiuclt. Any help or suggestions??

SSL and TLS are protocols that are used to ensure data security when sensitive data such as emails/payment info are sent across networks. However at present, SSL 3.0 has become completely insecure and obsolete. We wish to bring to your notice that due to this technical vulnerability with the SSL 3.0 protocol, Zoho Recruit will stop extending support for it from December 8, 2014. Therefore, all implementations of SSL 3.0 will have to be replaced. As a Zoho Recruit user, this issue in two cases

zoho recruit - converting all client contacts to candidates
I am currently using zoho recruit and crm integration to import all crm contacts into zoho recruit client contacts and curious if there is way to convert all of my zoho client contacts into candidates? Or bypass the client contacts and import all crm contacts into recruit candidates? I figured out how to do this one at a time but I need to turn all of my client contacts into candidates and that will take forever doing it one at a time. Thanks
roles and permissions in recruit
Is it possible to create roles and permissions in addition to the ones you have available? I would like to create a role that can share client info, but not candidate info. I have tried to use the phone, to no avail. Please help.

Customizing candidate preview
It appears that Zoho only allows a brief thumbnail info on a candidate when I go to the candidate tab for all candidates or after any search. How can I customize (add or deselect) which information is shown? I need to be able to go to a candidate's website or portfolio PDF in one click, rather than clicking the "more" button first. LinkedIn Search Function
Is there a way I can change the way the linkedin search is performed? I get better results when I modify the search to 'first name' and 'last name' instead of searching by keyword (default). Because of this, I'm using up my throttle limit more quickly and I'm unable to connect all of my candidates.

Good Morning, I'm working in our Candidates tab, and I'd like to add more fields, but some of the types I'd like to use are grayed out. IE, Number, Date, Number Picklist. Search (not a view) where a field is not empty
Is there a way to do a search where a field "is not" ${EMPTY}? This is possible when creating a custom view, but "is not" ${EMPTY} doesn't seem to be an option or possible in a search. What I'm trying to do is a search where the phone or email "is not" ${EMPTY}. I also tried using some wildcards like "*" and "%".

Assign IDs to Client Contacts
I got the following answer to my original question - we are trying to import client contacts and are unable to see the number assigned to them once the spreadsheet is imported. How would we do this? Ans: By default the Client / Contacts are not assigned any ID's. You can go to: Settings -> Clients / Client Contacts -> Drag & Drop the "Auto Increment" field -> Call it Client ID / Contact ID -> It would start generating the numbers from the next import. Question: I don't see Clients/Client Contacts
