Major issue
I am having an issue with the Zoho Resumé Extractor plugin for Chrome. Chrome is fully up to date, as is Windows. I am trying to extract basic text from a PDF that is open in Chrome. The moment I do this, the plugin says "Oops, some error occurred" and then it literally will not work on ANY page, site or file... unless I uninstall then reinstall the plugin. Any ideas??

Hi guys, we have just realised all mail on our Exchange server is showing as unread now once Zoho mail has pulled it, even though it it getting left on server. Avoiding Duplicate Records
We have created an online application within Zoho, however, many of our older records were added prior to this application being created. I'd like to send an email to those Candidates and have them update their application.
