Pop-up "Zoho Mail Application is Disabled!"
Hi there, I have received a pop-up saying "Zoho Mail Application is Disabled, please contact your administrator.!" I have successfully sent an email to the client and candidate and also have received confirmation - so everything is working great. I'm just a little unsure about the pop-up. Is there something I should be doing, but am not? Also if you can recommend any YouTube tutorials to watch on the basics of Zoho and the best I can get from it, that would be great. Thanks, Ria

Recruit custom fields in Report
In using the Zoho report app, I have some links from recruit to report which allow me to look at Recruit data. However, I'm limited as I can only pull data from Zoho's built in fields, and I am unable to get any of my custom fields in. Is there anyway that I can pull my custom Recruit fields into the Report app?
Outlook plug in sign in fail...
Zoho Outlook plugin requires a sign-in. When I enter the credentials, I get a message box that says 'Please enter your two factor authentication password'. I do not understand?

I have about 10,000 candidates to transfer to the ZohoRecruit dataset. I have experimented with different ways and have concluded that the only way is to download each one individually which makes absolutely no sense.....I have attached a small file as a sample....please provide me with assistance as to how to export all the candidates without re-entering all of important search fields....thank you.

Problems w/ Zoho Resume Chrome Extension
Hi there, I recently found and installed the Chrome extension to parse resumes. At first it connected fine and I imported 4-5 resumes without an issue, associating some to jobs as well. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I've tried reloading the page as specified. I also closed and reopened the browser as a second step. Then even rebooted after logging out of zoho, and back in. None of these fixed my issue. I've also uninstalled the extension, then reinstalled it, and now it won't even connect
Candidate Search functionality - searching only fields, or also attached resume?
When you run a Search in Recruit, is it only searching in the database fields, or is it also searching in the attached resume? I seem to be pulling up candidates who only have the search term in their resume, not in any field. If so, does the resume have to be in a certain file format for it to search it, or does it auto search in any file type?

Automated resume parsing
Is the resume email we use rvekev@resumes.zohorecruit.com an account that is visible to me? IE: I can see the emails received? I ask because we use craigslist a lot and I currently I have to parse them from my gmail account into rvekev and it is quite time consuming. Parsing from a document (Resume)
I am having issues with Parsing from a resume. Please HELP!!! I have previously done this procedure successfully and now there seems to be a problem. When I import candidate from a document ... the application is blank and I must manually enter all candidate info.
Export single Contact from CRM to Recruit
Is it possible to export a single contact from Zoho CRM to Recruit? We don't want to export them all as we only have Clients who are actually interested in using us in Recruit, therefore keeping it much tidier. Therefore, we don't want to export all contacts, or those that have been updated recently, or any of the options you have. We just want to be able t tick a box and for that single contact to be exported.
