Am I able to create a recruiting pipeline and manage to see who is in what part of the pipeline? For example, we have a 5 interview process where we need to see who is where... kind of like a sales pipeline with the final stage being..."hired"?

Activity Report
Under Clients, Client Contacts and Candidates you can "log an activity". Can a report be created that would tell you how many of each activity type were logged on a weekly basis? The purpose would be to track number of call attempts vs presentations for example.
Event reminder major problem
When creating a candidate event, if you click to set reminder, it wipes out all you entered for the event then you have to start again. So only way to do it is create event, then save it, then go back into it, then create the reminder. not a proper work flow, and the sort of anti0intuituive thing your system usually helps s to avoid, which is why we like zoho in first place :-)
Help - training required
Hello I sent an email inquiring about 2weeks ago about Zoho training. I just wanted to follow up on my inquiry as I have not received a response. My query was regarding the capabilities and any training programs offered by Zoho. I have been using the program for approx 12 months and never received any formal training on the system. I need to upload a bunch of clients and contact info. I need help because when I upload off of my excel sheet it only captures partial info (yes, I assigned fields) and does not import the contacts, just the client.

All job application forms for candidates to fill in are in scrollable boxes when I embed them in my website??? This looks really bad and will not work. How do I edit the webform display???
Job Postings on my own website issues ...
I have embedded the job postings into my careers webpage on my site. When you click on the job title it opens up a popup of the job details and an "apply" button. This popup is a horrible experience as the visitor cannot even see half the popup. How can I make it be a new tab on the site within it's own page?

I need to log activity with a candidate but it is not an option in the dropdown box.
Need support for recent changes
A few questions ... First, is it possible to remove the apply button from the job posting detail page? We would like to have them apply using a different page. I believe this was possible before, but after some of the recent updates I don’t see an option for that any more. Second, and this is part of the reason for the first question, how/where do you configure the application form that shows up when you click apply on the posting detail page? Hi, In the 'candidate' page, can I add in more statuses i.e. where you have 'interview in progress' or 'rejected - hireable' I'd like to be able to put in some of my own - for example you are missing 'Invited for second Interview'

HTML in new application email alert
In the new update it seems that the email template was affected. When I use the email template for newly received applications, I prefer to have an HTML field in the subject which alerts me to the company that the application is for. I originally got around this by typing it out instead of doing the quick input. Now it appears as if neither will work. How can I get this information in the Subject Line
I would like to "refresh" the jobs on external sites
Once a job is posted I want to be able to refresh the job on external sites such as Indeed. I want to bring old posted jobs back the forefront it doesn't look like I can. Please help.
Upload file size limits
Hi, I have a developer integrating date from a Gravity form to Zoho Recruit. All is going well except for file upload. We are uploading an image of the candidate. Anything over 2kb does not seem to load. I thought the upload file size limit was 5MB. Is this correct?
Searches with special characters
Is there a way to have your searches not treat special characters (such as #) as a wildcard? We have been trying to conduct searches for candidates with C# experience, but we keep getting extra records because it appears it is treating the # as a wildcard and giving us all records with a "C" in them. My interview schedule in the interviews Tab is not showing properly. Even though I scheduled it for today 4:00 PM(i.e., 23rd July) its showing tomorrow 4:00 PM. How to import data about 'Job Opening - Candidate - Status'
One of our clients has a custom Recruiting system that they were using before migrating to Zoho REcruit. They have special relationship data for Job Opening- Candidate - Status. We would like to import this data to Zoho Recruit. Is it possible? Regards, Haluk

Is there any sort of applicant portal where the applicant has the ability to review their submitted resume/application and/or possibly edit it if they find a mistake? Or if they know there was a mistake will Zoho automatically merge the applications if the applicant resubmits an application?
No pre-inserted info when associating candidate and notifying client manager
When a colleague adds a candidate to a job, then they tick the "notify client manager" box, they can send me a mail, but the mail makes no mention of candidate details at all... would be nice if that could be auto inserted somehow, just like when you send a client email using a template. It could have candidate name, job, company and a link to candidate or job file page in zoho. is that not possible?
Dashboard/Activities
In activities, I see you can export it. Would be great if there was an easy way to search it/filter it.....
