Is it possible for me to extract employee list from Zoho People, as though I am an employee of the organization I do not have access to Zoho People. This will help me in scheduling interviews with managers in my organization.

I am using the free trial version of Zoho Recruit. We want to remove some of the fields that are displayed in the job posting on our own web site (e.g. upper salary limit). Is this feature available?

Updating Multipicklist value for Candidate Module
I have a multipicklist filed for my candidates module The Values for the fields are 1. A, B & C 2. C,D,E & F When updating the records using API . The values are not updated in the Zoho. When the values are 1. A 2. B 3. C Its working. i think the Comma and Ampersand symbol in the value breaks the XML. Please guide me on this issue.

How to add piece rate projects
I would like to add piece rate projects for currently employees to select. Is there a way to do it. Lets say i have piece rate work to sew a 1. dress 2. shirt 3. pants. i would like to send an email to everyone with a link of available projects and then once someone selects it it is no longer available. so if someone decides to do #2. then all people will see if #1 and #3.

The current software does ZERO parsing and we feel that is a waste of money. We are paying to do what we would be doing without the software. Is there a way to create a query that can identify potential candidates for a job opening? A user would open a job opening and populate fields that are mirrored in the Candidate section. The user would then be able to click on a pre-set query that identifies candidates that have the same field options selected. Slow to Set up New User Account
I set up a new user account and so far its been 45 min with no confirmation email to set up a new employee account. This is WAY too long for something this simple. I've now got an employee on the clock sitting around and we can't do something as simple as get a confirmation email from Zoho. Is there any reason why this takes so long? Any way to speed this up?
Multiple Job Boards
I have six job categories/industries that we recruit for. What I would like is for a visitor to arrive at the Careers page, then select one of the categories/industries that is of interest to them. Having done that it will take them to a page of open jobs within the selected category/industry. Presumably, I would have to setup six separate boards to accomplish this. Possible to change the email address for a candidate added via Outlook Plugin?
Hi, my client advertises using Seek.com.au She's using the Outlook plugin to add in candidates. The problem is that Seek's notification emails have noreply@seek.com.au as the from address so when she adds them in, they all have the wrong email. We can't see an option to change the email address in the plugin. Any ideas?

updateRecords is not updating
updateRecords is not updating the data. When I do POST to the API to updateRecords, I recieve the correct xml with "Record(s) updated successfully". Then I come back to the Dashboard and I can see my event in the logs, but when I open the candidate details the data is intact with no changes. Am I doing something wrong? I call to https://recruit.zoho.com/ats/private/json/Candidates/updateRecords, with my authtoken, the scope, id and xmlData parameters. The xmlData is like this... 22222 Any idea? Thank

I created a new application for 2014 that we want to begin using on our website, but I cannot figure out how to change the "Apply Now" button to direct our guests to this new application. Where would I enter this information? The apply now button is still set to direct people to our old application right now.

I am mainly in the temp recruitment market and wanted to know if there are any specific things or changes you have made to ZRecruit to improve ts functionality as it mainly looks like a perms database?? I have restructured all the candidate client and job information to be more suitable to my needs but not sure if there are any better or other solutions. Name merge fields in subject line
Hi, When I forward a candidates resume onto a client using Zoho Recruits features and put ${Candidate. first name} ${Candidate. last name} in the subject line their name do not not show only the above fields show. When I put the same fields into the body of the email the names do show. Can you please fix this problem. Regards Chris

I understand there is a feature under the Report tab where you can create queries between Job Openings and Candidates. I don't see any of these features under the Report tab though - am I doing something wrong or do I need a specific level of access to access these features? Thank you.

Postcode search
Hi, we frequently use the UK Postcode criteria when performing advanced Candidate searches - e.g. Postcode Starts with CH and this has always worked fine, however today we just cannot get it to work properly. Historically running the above search would deliver candidates in CH1, CH2, CH3 etc etc, but now it no longer does that - in fact it only delivers Swiss candidates whose postcode format is CH-1234.
