Problems with appearance of email generated by Zoho Recruit
I am sending multiple mails to Client Contacts through Zoro Recruit and note that the first name in (e.g. Dear Bob,), which is a merged field, appears in sent items to be in a smaller font than the rest of the message, which doesn't look great in a supposedly personalised email. I tried selecting all text in the mail and standardising the font size but this does not help. Any other suggestions? Thanks Rich
Larger Field Lables or Inline Text?
Is there a way to have a field appear larger/wider on an application form in Recruit? Perhaps filling the width of the page? We have a disclaimer that the applicant needs to agree to (About 110 words) and trying to cram the paragraph into the label makes things very difficult to read ... and rather ugly. Zoho recruit can't order questions
No matter how I order the questions in Zoho recruitment, they don't stay in the order I put them! Even if I'm just moving them within the same section. As soon as a reload the page, or click somewhere then come back to it, they have always moved back to what appears to be a random order (not even the order the questions were created in!) The does not seem to be a save button either. How can I make sure my question order remains as I set it? Thank you.

Advanced search is not picking up any candidates - HELP!
I have a field that is a picklist with 5 options. Each option starts with a number then text. When using this field in the advanced search function it is not picking up any candidates despite there being some that would meet the criteria. Search job listings
We have a number of jobs listing published on our website in a tabular format showing only the Job reference number, Job title and Job location. Is there a way to for candidates to search the entire job details? We have skills and keywords in the job details, but the job listing search does not return any of these jobs.

I signed up for your free trial today, posted a few jobs, deleted two of them and left the third and now I want to search some resumes. I can't find the search field in the candidates module, though. Is this because I'm on a free trial?

Visibility into emails in Zoho
Hello: We are having an issue with some of our Zoho users when they go into the Client Contacts section, open up a client, and select to see the email trail, some of our users can't see all the emails. The only ones they can see are the ones they sent through Zoho, but not the ones they sent through Gmail Other users can see all of the emails, whether they sent them through Gmail or Zoho. Adding phone number fields to the candidate form
Is there not an option to add an additional phone number field to the candidate form? If I add a number field, then it rejects the additional characters for a phone number and if I add it as a text field when I push it through to my website application, the candidates will be entereing numbers in various formats. I just want to add a field to allow them to enter a phone number a have it format properly in my form. Can you please assist? Thanks!

Im a recruiter for 10 years and it would be helpful if their was a tab for leads. From my experience leads are generated before a person becomes a candidate. I do not want to commingle my recruiting leads into zoho crm. So can you add a lead tab to zoho recruit.

Marketing Specialism's OR Skill set not posting via API
Hi Not able to get any data into the Marketing Specialism's fields via the API. I suspect this is because there is an apostrophe in the field title! (Who would do that??) Also the API documentation is erroneous, which it appears to be in several places, as that asks for 'Skill set'. Dear all, I read in ZOHO "Help" how to reschedule an interview. Step 3 is not possible because the "Re-schedule this interview link" in the "Interview details dialog-box" is not shown on my system. There are only the links for a new interview or for canceling the interview.

Email Role Descriptions
I would like to be able to use Job Opening fields in email templates to Candidates. I would like to be able to send out role specs and messages that incorporate information from the jobs they are associated with. This is possible from the Email Alerts section, but I don't like the lack of control over this system. I would like to be able to choose which messages to send when. I am trying to put a report together which I run and input manually into a spreadsheet on a weekly basis. Yet all the data is in Zoho Recruit. The report pulls out data from Zoho Recruit Candidate and Job Modules. The headers for the fields are Reference, Candidate last name, Candidate first name, Week ending Date, Total days worked, Pay Rate. Customising job detail page.
Hi, In the "Careers website page" I have created a custom page to list my job. It is called Front page. This page only has one section has I want to embed it in my home page. No other sections. It looks really well. When I click on a job it open a new window with the full job details. The page only has the job details as i have no other sections included. Can I add custom HTML to this page? I cannot see how? To explain it another way. Can the jobs list and job details page have different layouts.
A bug in your Candidate search Algorithm
Dear Sir / Madame: You have a bug in your candidate search algorithm. I used the Advanced Search feature and entered two criteria (using 'and' feature) - 1) from my Position picklist I selected "Sales - Inside" and 2) from my Province picklist I selected "British Columbia" It returned anyone with sales in their Position.
