How do I send a CV to multiple clients ie: I have a nurse, and I want to send her cv to a bunch of hospitals I have listed in my clients Anyone know how to do this? Thanks

Feature Updates and bugs (bug?)

Buttons to "add a candidate" and other commands are way across the page. Scrolling to them is laborious.
I am scrolling across the candidate page to "add a candidate". Could these buttons be place across the top conveniently like a tool bar so that one doesn't have to scroll all the way across the page to click on the "add a candidate" and the other commands?
Candidates submitted using web form not appearing
I'm currently using the free version of Zoho Recruit to trial the app. I've embedded a candidate application form on a website (a form that is not associated with any particular job) and done a couple of test applications. The applications are now in the Recruit database but I can only find them by doing a search i.e. they do not appear when I browse candidates, nor when I use a filter for status 'New'. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? The
How do I add instructions (large amount of text) to the candidate form?
I can not add text to the candidate form. I need to include additional instructions when applying to indicate the affirmative action requirements and can not add that much text. Anyone know how to do this?

Recruit + CRM
I wish to setup a customized solution for a client, using Recuit. I do do not see customization options for Recruit as there are for CRM. Do I need to first setup CRM as the base for Recruit functionality. Or, is it possible to go only with Recruit and not use CRM?

I'm evaluating Zoho Recruit. How do I send the candidate resume, without the candidate email address to a client. I've tried following the help instructions, but the info isnt being received by the dummy client I set up (me)
Difference in Time Zones issue
When arranging an interview between people who are in different time zones. eg. I am in London so using GMT, my candidate is in Paris so - CET, my client is in New York so - EST What is the best way to set up an interview / calender event so that all parties recieve the invite for their relevant time zones? Arranging interview email with an attachment not working

A candidate record
You should only ever have to add a candidate record once. You should then be able to attach it to a client record when required / appropriate. When a person is working for a client, they are a client contact, when they are not, they are a candidate.
Client / company URL
The client record should have a field to put in the URL of their Web site, it should not be on the client contact record.

A client should be any company that you wish to track. There should be a status drop down box to identify what type of record they are. Client should not mean "client" it should mean "company". You would then stipulate whether they are a client, a prospect or source in the status drop down box. Clients become sources, sources become clients over time.

Editing Search Query
when we made a search using a query , mouse click is not able to edit the same query for next search... if we use mouse click for editing query ,by default it selects all query...so we are forced to use keyboard arrow keys to edit the old search query... This restriction slow down the process of searching...

Glich in "rejecting" candidates
Every time I reject an associated candidate for a position it changes that position to filled. I must manually change the position back to in-progress.
