How can a hiring manager download resumes?
I have a hiring manager setup with a Guest login to ZR, and he is named as the hiring manager for a particular job. I was showing him how to view candidates when I realized he cannot download candidate resumes or rank the candidates. This creates additional work for me because I have to forward all the resume files to him and tag all candidates myself. Are there any plans to allow Guests to download resumes and to indicate which candidates they are interested in? I don't want to give full Admin

I have added the allowed IP addresses under my Zoho account to restrict access to my paid Zoho recruit site which is crucial for the security of my business but so far anyone can still log in from anywhere and reach the site. please fix. best regards, Thomas

Message to be shown to the candidate on submitting resume.
Hello, I included the candidate form in our website for those who are not responding to a specific job opening. I'm trying to customize the message to be shown to the candidate on submitting his resume. When I am in [candidate] tab, I choose "Embed in website", and I fill the "Customize messages and Mail alert" section. Unfortunately, the changes I make here are not taken into consideration on the website. It still shows the default message in English. Am I missing something ? Thanks for your help.
Where is the Module tab?
I have the paid edition of Zoho Recruit as an internal HR organization. I have read a couple of help files that refer to a Module tab, but I cannot locate this tab. Is this feature only for the recruiting agency users, or is it available to all paid users? Thanks.
How do I enable email alerts without getting an email every time a candidate applies for my jobs?
I disabled email alerts because I was getting an email every time a candidate applied for a job. However, I would like to send confirmation emails to candidates when they apply, and notifications to hiring managers when interviews are scheduled. The only setting I see for this is all-or-nothing. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
Client contact is not receiving "your interview details" email
Dear All, I just started using zoho recruit and i think it is a great product however i have found a bug. When i add client -> contact client, and i schedule an interview with a candidate and with "contact client" as interviewer then he/she (the client contact) will not receive a confirmation email. I already deleted and re-added the client contact but to no avail. It only works when the interviewer is a internal employee (recruiter for example). Please help.
Problem with multi-select pick list.
Hello, I used the "multi-select pick list" several times in my Jobs Opening Form. Even if the informations are properly shown in Zoho, this is not the case in the list and details shown in our website. We can only see numbers like : 65290000000031027, instead of the original text of the list. Thanks for your help.
How can I change the default user role in Recruit?
Is it possible to change the default user role in Zoho recruit to Guest? For example - right now if we add a contractor in Zoho People, we then have to remember to go disable their access to resume data in Recruit.
Generate raw XML or other
Hi there, The Zoho team are doing a fabulous job with CRM and Recruit - you guys will take over the world! I need to style the generated listings etc instead of just iframing. There are also other requests for RSS, Twitter feeds and the like. For me right now it would be great if there was a way to just get a raw XML feed of Job Openings and then I could process that on my own server to create the styled job listings, RSS etc. Please please please hack together a script to replace "EmbedResult.hr"

Active Candidates
I am the admin for Zoho Recruit. I entered one job, one department and several candidates. Then I set up another user. When she logs in, she can see the job description but doesn't see any of the candidates that I've entered. What's up with that? I'm assuming that I can use Recruit to permit several of my employees to peruse resumes and provide comments about candidates. Is this a valid assumption?

On the June 4th update it says "You can add Custom "From" address to send emails." How do you do that? The from email field is still greyed out and locked. Thank you.
Tabular display of Job Openings, Candidates, etc.
When dealing with large numbers of Job Openings, Candidates, Clients, etc., the current summary display of each record is difficult to manage. A tabular view with sortable column headings would be much easier to manage -- as is done in Zoho CRM.

Can candidiates apply for more than one job opening without their information being edited in Zoho recruit each time they submit the form?
We currently have our regsitration form attached to our job openings with quite a few questions on it including reference details etc. is there any way that a candidiate can applyfor more than one job opening without having to complete the whole form again? We can put a note at the top of the form suggesting candidates who have already registered only complete the mandatory fields but if they do this it will update their file on Zoho and delete all the answers from their previous submission. Please
Make the Contact Address field required
Is it possible to make the Contact Address field required in Zoho Recruit? It's not possible to delete this field and we want to always collect a Contact Address from applicants. If this is not currently possible, please can the developers add it as an urgent feature request. In general it would help if all permanent fields (i.e. those you can't delete) have a full set of options (make required, not, etc).

Hi - I've started using Resume Parser and it says in the instructions that it supports importing PDF files but I haven't had success with any PDF that I've attempted to upload. Can anyone help out with why that would be?
Customized fields in "Work Details" and "Educational Details" sections
It would be very helpful to add/edit/delete fields in the "Work Details" and "Educational Details" sections. (This is especially important for the education section since it's actually illegal in the state of California to ask an applicant for their "year of graduation" since that could be used to infer a candidate's age.) Using the standard employment application from ADP, Inc. (a large, multi-national payroll and HR outsourcing firm), a more useful set of fields would include those shown below.

Is it possible to change the from email address when sending emails? There are times when I'd prefer the email to come from a general recuiting email address as opposed to an individual person. Thank you.

Ability to insert text within the application form
So that instructions and miscellaneous comments can be added to the online application form, it would be very useful to provide administrators with the ability to add text. Perhaps this could be done using a "text box" type field that could be inserted at the desired points -- in the same way that fields are currently added in the customizable forms.
"Check box" field type for customized forms
Although the picklist field type is appropriate for cases in which a single selection is required, a "check box" field type would be very helpful for cases in which multiple choices may be required.
Ability to attach "pre-screen" questionnaire to Job Opening
In order to better filter qualified applicants, it would be very helpful to attach a user-customized "pre-screen" questionnaire to individual job openings. Because the questions are job-specific, it isn't appropriate to add them to the main Job Opening form. (This is a common feature in most ATS applications.)
Advanced Search >> Random field order ???
The "Advanced Search" capability is very good. The only challenge is that the list of fields seems to be in a random order, making it difficult to use if there are a number of fields in the list. It would seem that the best option would be to display fields in the order shown on the customizable form (ideally even with the section header in bold) or, alternatively, in alphabetical order. Security issue in email from Zoho Support Team
I just observed one of the emails from 'Zoho Team Member' (support@zohorecruit.com) and because it landed into the 'Spam' folder I was scrutinizing its Internet Headers. The email is signed by the actual member (in the body). In my case it was by someone called 'Marichamy'. However the Internet Headers are too very generic. We know "Job Opening" can be published in our own website and viewed/applied by prospective candidates. Is this following scenario also possible ? Can a candiate apply for more than one job via an embed form?
If our web page has multiple job posting published, can a candidate apply for more than one of them? Right now it appears that each candidate form requires a unique email address, which means that if I have applied for a job already then I cannot submit my info for another job unless I provide another email address. Is this a bug or am I missing some setting to allow this? Thanks! -Daniel
Publish in website page never loads
Whenever I click on the publish on website link in the sidebar of my job openings page, I get a blank page with the refresh arrows just continuously loading. The page never loads. I've tried 3 different browsers and clearing cache and cookies. Any ideas?

Have a few more questions before subscribing to the paid version 1. Until our own web site comes online , how we do get the candidate to view and apply to the jobs i.e We want the candidate to view ONLY the Job Opening page and apply. 2.
