Can you add an email schedule feature in the Recruit app? It is available in Mail app but not Recruit! I know its available if you perform a mass mail merge but if you are just replying to candidates at 3am and want your message to go out at 7am when the candidate is likely to wake up that action cannot be performed!

Please add the change Candidate Status option to the Quick Options when previewing a Candidate's Resume in their profile, this would make it so much quicker to go through large lists of Candidates
Zoho Recruiter Automatic Approving Records
Hello, is there a tutorial on how to automaticcly approve candidates? Now when a candidates submits a form we approve the submit and then the candidate will end up in the Approving Records cue where we need to manually add them to the candidate module.

Hi, I have Zoho Recruit and I need an extra menu for "leads". I currently have candidates, clients etc but I would like to add one called "leads" which when I have success with I can then convert into a client or candidate contact. Can this be done? Zia Rating
The Zia Rating is a neat idea to help jump to some initial candidates first. However Zia cannot scan any candidate without a resume attached. All of the candidates without resumes attached have filled out provides including all of the information that would be on a resume so I'm not sure why Zia cannot use that data. In fact I would prefer it since then I know the data is being scanned properly where as who knows if the PDF is actually parsed properly. Just a future suggestion for improvements, since

Hello, When we want to create a new job in Recruit (to publish it on jobboards later), we do not want to spend too much time doing it. That's why the autopopulate address fields is a good feature, it's a good start not having to search for addresses each time, especially because we already fill the client page details with it. Is it possible to add stages of the job openings pipeline to a Zoho Recruit report?
Hello, In Zoho Recruit each job opening has a pipeline that contains stages. I would like to know if it is possible to reflect those candidates' numbers in a report. Like adding a column to a report that summarizes the number of candidates in each stage, for instance, the number of associated candidates that are in the "Submissions" stage of the job opening. And of course, the report would have multiple job openings.

Blueprint - MultI-line fields
Hi - It would be great to be able to add multi-line fields in Blueprint transitions. We have had great success using blue print transitions in the job order qualification process. The challenge is that multi-line fields cannot be specified as required fields to populate in a blueprint transition. If you could look into allowing that it would be beneficial. Thanks, Marc

Hi, Ii would be so cool if we could bulk update candidate records using more that one criteria. We use candidate codes, we work in a complex industry so most candidates have multiple functional codes, industry codes etc. It would be great to be able to update these using bulk coding. I have a question: How do i rate a candidate, add tags & change status in 1 click Right now it's pretty cumbersome. I click on a candidate profile - Review the profile and star it accordingly. Now again i go back and click on the candidate profile to change the status. Do you know how tedious it can become when you have hundreds of candidates to review? Well, it's easier said than done. Why do i have to click multiple times to do some basic work? Is there a work around for this to minimze the number

Is it possible to mass import candidates via a spreadsheet and at the same time associate the candidate with an existing job opening? I cannot figure out how to do so and cannot find any articles in the knowledge base outlining the process. NOTES - When changing a status (candidate, job opening, interview etc ...) put the action/status in the headline of the note, not only general Note
Hello, it would be very helpful, if, in case of changing a status of the candidate, job opening, etc., there would be the name of the status/action in the headline of the Note. At the moment it is marked only as a general Note and it makes a mess in the notes overview. It is not possible to quickly see or identify the exact note in the notes overview/list. Hi and good day, My organization would like to see emails that are sent to Candidates within Gmail synced to the Candidate Profile and show up under "Emails". Is this already possible? Create candidate through resume parser
Hi, At the moment to create a candidate I normally email the candidate resume to Zoho to create the candidate profile etc. However, this process can take a little bit of time and it would be ideal if it was possible to drag and drop a resume into Zoho which would immediately start the parser which then immediately created the candidate profile. I know I can create a candidate but then I have to populate most of the data myself. I'd like the resume parser to do this for me without the delay of waiting
De-duplicate doesn't work in Zoho recruit
Instructions do not make sense. "To merge duplicate records: Click the [Module] tab. (Module refers to the tabs like Candidates, Contacts, etc.) In the [Module] Home page, under [Module] Tools, click Deduplicate [Module]. Trigger workflows from assessments
Hi Zoho, I'm not sure if this is already possible, i was wanting to trigger workflows from questions in an assessment. I know that a workflow can be triggered by an assessment attached to an interview by using the interview status however i was hoping to trigger workflows from different questions in the assessment and not just the interview status. Customization of client portal
There is no option to customize the client portal. I need to have the ability to decide what all information I want to show a particular client, and this may change from client to client. Currently the client can see candidate details, which I don't want to share with them. The ability to customize should be there for the client portal.

Split view candidate assessments
Is it possible to have the candidate assessments on the candidate page look the same as the interview evaluation page? This would mean having the candidate profile data on the left and the assessment on the right. Its impossible to complete some assessments if you can't see the profile data. Below is an example of what would be a great feature for the candidate assessments.

Hi, I am currently trying to use getAssociatedCandidates API for retrieving candidates who are associated with a particular Job opening id. Currently, this API gives back only CANDIDATEID and STATUS. Is it possible to include selectColumns=Candidates(Mobile,WhatsApp) condition to retrieve additional fields related to candidates? A Dashboard for Hiring needs
Respected concerns, We want to add an extra feature in our Zoho tool. This can be a dashboard where can fill in data for Recruiters and Hiring Managers to view. This should be like a google sheet where we can mention heading like; Domain, Projects, Experience, Preferred skills, Requested by, Date of Request and Approval status. We want to use this dashboard for keeping a track of our hiring needs. Please let me know if it is possible.
