Job Openings in Pipeline
I need to know what is the driving criteria, for the side bar box that list "Job Openings in Pipeline" Some of my accounts have this box on side panel others do now... I need to know what field result triggers this box I have emailed support but they answered a question not pertaining to this. I really need to learn what fields drive the appearance of this box
Is there a way to share credit for filled roles between the recruiter and the account manager?
I am trying to identify a way for us to assign credit for jobs filled in a scenario where - one person is the account manager and another is the person who resourced the candidate. I would like to be able to use this to more accurately credit expected revenue to my team members. Is this possible? Thanks
Modern email & Outlook integration
The email integration, specifically for adding our company owned email (not Zoho email), is unfortunately not at the same standard as competitors. There is also NO compatibility for outlook 2016. Currently we are in the process of looking at alternative Recruitment CRM systems that provide us with the following: 1. Export cadidate list with attachment of a specific opening
I used to be able to easily export candidates for a specific job opening with their respective attachments very easily using the old Zoho Recruit. Now it has become very complicated. I should be able to click a job openning and then click on associated cadidates and then simply export this view with the attachments then a link should simply pop up to download the excel list and attachments. now It's very complicated. Resume Preview
I love the new candidate preview feature on the candidates page. I'd love to have a resume preview or split screen feature on the individual candidate profile page as well to make taking notes while on the phone with a candidate easier. Currently, I have to download the resumes and open them to be able to look at them and take notes in the candidate's profile. Add a new task - workflow updates
Hi, Instead of having a Reminder section in New Task that makes you enter date again, have a check box under date in New Task Home Screen to remind you and default it to that date. It would also be nice to have the "Description" text box on the first page as well. It would save me time and ensure I'm reminded every time with details.
Custom Fields in Web Form
I would like to add custom fields to the Web Form, but do not see how I can create such; for instance I would like a field that states "Availability" and provide candidate the option to select multiple choices. Can this be accomplished?
Report Column Option Missing
I'm running the 'Interview vs User' report, which is vital, but it's not presenting me with the ability to show the client name as a column. I can add if it's a hot job, the rate, the stage, the number of candidates associated with the role - but I can't see which client the interview is with unless I click the interviewer's name, which makes the PDF export useless. Can you add the ability to select the client name as a column in the reports please?

I would like to request that LinkedIn be integrated with Zoho Recruit. I was told, when shopping for an ATS that LinkedIn integrates with the system. It doesn't and it is an extremely manual and frustrating process. This is something that I am considering for the future in whether or not to renew our contract. Thanks Lysanne

Hi there I noticed ZoHo recruit app is only available in US store I have accounts in the Japan store and AU store... Can this app please be ported or available in these stores too? Hi, I really want to see a view in the job openigns tab where I can see each job and also the number of submittals to that job. Ideally, I would also like to see how many of the submitted candidates have been booked for interviews for that job as well. That would be very valuable.
Adding note to more than one profile
I would like to be able to add a note to more than one profile at a time. For instance, after a meeting in which two contacts attended, I would like to add the same note to both contact profiles at the same time, without manually cutting and pasting.

Recruit Mobile App - no access to calander
There seems to be no access to my Recruit calander in the mobile app. Am I missing something? To me, to be mobile, one has an essential need to be able to views appointments, events and so on. I do not understand why calander has not been included. In the old zoho recruit it was possible to synchronize zoho recruit calander with mobile devices but this does not seem possible in the new zoho recruit. I've asked for this feature before a long time ago...and was hoping it would be implemented by now, but it obviously isn't. So, here goes again. Your mobile app would actually be useful if it would auto-rotate when the device is used on it's side. I have a tablet with keyboard cover that I use as a primary device. Remove Contacts From a Saved Search
Is there any possibility to remove contacts from a saved search once it's been run? (Remove, but not permanently delete from my database, as that's the only option available currently). I am generating lists of contacts that I wish to mass mail, but I am manually selecting which ones to send the email to as invariably there are contacts brought up in the search that I don't want to include. What is the optimal size for photos?
We get comments from candidates that they cannot upload their photos through our web form. On our end it works fine, so it's hard to troubleshoot. Are there specific size restrictions and/or photo formats that are compulsory/preferred? It would be helpful if we could add those specifications in the help comments with the field. Thank you

Please create a quick search at the top which is always visible and will do a simple search of all profiles regardless of type.. Currently if you want to search for a contact, you have to click several times before you get to the appropriate search box.
