What is the Daily Email limit?
I work in the recruiting industry and need to send job notices to relevant parties. I may have 1500 engineers that all fit the requirements of the posting. Is there a daily limit we are permitted to send? Also, is there a PER MESSAGE limit (how many emails can we send out PER MESSAGE)?Resume Inbox only allowing a certain amount of CVs parse
I have noticed that Resume inbox is only allowing a small amount of resumes to parse. Why is this the case and is there a way to fix this? I have resumes parsing to Zoho and then they just stop all of a sudden and I'm left adding them manually.Problem of sharing Data (Candidates) in ZOHO RECRUIT

When I make an advanced search on zoho recruit in candidates module: My results are 932 The results of one of my employee is 932 The result of the second employee is 0 (Same configuration than the other employee) Why?????? How do I get to the Find and Merge function? I'm in the Candidates Module. It says in Help to go to More Actions. I click on More Actions--The Find and Merge function isn't there. I have tried to use Deduplicate but it only uses three criteria and those particular criteria have zero effect on our system.When will duplicate records be fixed when candidate has two attachments in application?
I still notice (confused and frustrated) why when a candidate applies there are two records created if they have 2 attachments in their email to me. For example if they have a cover letter attachment and a resume attachment it creates 2 records for this candidate. Hi Zoho, First of all I would like to mention that I have created two support tickets will all the relevant information over a week ago and still not had a reply. I have called your UK number three times and all three times it hangs up after 8 mins. This is really bad support. I figures out how to get the applicants from LinkedIn Recruiter into Zoho. It’s a bit cumbersome, but it works without typing too much. I assume you are using Chrome as a browser and Outlook as e-mail system. 1. Log into LinkedIn recruiter 2. Go to Jobs, Mange Jobs 3. Select the Job which you want to work with, you can see the list a applicants that have applied on the Overview tab. 4. Click on the Applicants tab 5. Click on the on the first applicant. I've gone through and reactivated my jobs, after they almost all went inactive due to my account going inactive (by accident). I have over 40 jobs. I have updated my account and I am current. I have been told that Support is too busy to schedule a support call with me!! My issue was reported on Monday and today is Thursday. What support do you get as a paid member?????????? When you call their Indian and US Support numbers, you get a message saying they are busy. I've tried several times over the last few days so it's not even like I am not trying to contact them.
