Dear, I use the standard version (25$) for my company. However, I didn't find the right way to give appropriate access in the client/contact part. Example: Julien: Senior Manager Christian: Manager Alexandre: Business Engineer If Christian is the manager of Alexandre. I want Christian to see his contacts but as well the ones from Alexandre. But I don't want Alexandre to see all clients. Julien is the manager of Christian. Then, I want him to see his clients/contacts but as weel those from Christian
Can't edit Job Opening Status after cloning a job

No jobs posted to the promised job boards
I searched all the job boards that my positions SHOULD be posted to without locating any of them. Will someone explain why the positions are not showing up? I am trying ZohoRecruit for another 30 days before returning to my previous provider who didn't have all your bells and whistles, but guaranteed that my positions were indeed posted to the promised job boards.
Candidates submitted by recruiters
Everytime recruiters are submitting the resume to the system via email, it is showing up under my name but instead i will like to shown the name of the recruiter in the owner section. I do not want to do that manually is there a way it can be done automatically ?

We get this message from one of out email accounts on Zoho recruit: The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number. We also get an error in Zoho mail with the same account.

On-going struggles with workflow rules - Unable to automate basic recruiting scenarios
Despite the customization functionality promised by web forms, workflow rules, and custom modules- I struggle daily to enable even the most basic of automated recruiting scenarios. The workflow rules, list options, and query builders are too rigid and not flexible enough to complete common scenarios as would be customary in our industry. If I'm importing resumes... Regarding duplicates, if I OVERWRITE does it cancel out any activity, notations etc for that file? Should I be choosing SKIP duplicates instead?

Why can't I mass email manually selected candidates?
Hi, In the old Zoho it was a simple matter of doing a search then selecting the candidates who you wished to do a bulk email out for, then doing it. This no longer seems possible - I select the candidates, choose the mass email option, then have to do another search for candidates - which will include people I don't want selected. how contact candidates from prior job application
I would like to send a message to all candidates from a prior job they applied for but given they were all at different status levels - is there a way I can send all applicants a message? I don't want to have to tick every single status option to ensure I include all candidates. I can't seem to see how I could even create a report based on job id alone. Any help appreciated.

Emails sent from Zoho are sent from a different address
Hello, I have reported this issue more than a month ago, had a conference call with you representative, but nothing is fixed until now. The email function from Zoho does not work properly. The emails come not from the address stated in the form, but from address with @zoho.com, not our company address. They directly fall into spam. The whole functionality is totally useless as we cannot email any candidates or clients from Zoho. Please, fix it as soon as possible. Thank you Miroslava Barcova

Sorting of tasks by priority
By default there are 5 pick list values for Priority in tasks: Highest, High, Normal, Low, Lowest. When we go to sort our tasks in ascending order, we would expect them to be in that order - so that the highest priority is at the top of the list. However, both on the Home screen and the ToDo's module it appears to be sorting in alphabetical order: High, Highest, Low, Lowest, Normal.

Example - I receive an email from a candidate with two attachments (normally it might be cover letter and resume), on this occasion it is two versions of his resume [a long form and a shorter version] for my review.
