We have been observing many CVs received in the email id resume@jmmehta.com do not get parsed on to ZOHO. eg. on 7th oct. 2015 we have received 37 mails out of witch only 25 has been parsed on to zoho. On 8th Oct. 2015, we have received 16 mails out of which only 9 have been parsed on to zoho. some of the cvs which were not parsed on to zoho are simple files in Microsoft word format. This problem has caused considerable data loss in the cv bank maintains by us through zoho. Please let us know why

Linking Contacts to clients - Zoho Recruit
Hi I am a newby to Zoho Recruit and work with clients who have a number of contacts that are already listed in the 'contacts' database. However when I go to 'Associate a contact' I only have the option to create a new contact and not attach an existing contact - thus duplicating the contact record? Does anyone else have the same problem or know of a solution to this?

I have a 'client who has a number of People working for them that are listed in my Contacts I would like to associate a client with their contacts but the only option available would be to create a new contact, thereby duplicating records. is there any way the associated contacts can be looked up and picked from a pick list?

Interview invitations don't work
Another error occurred: When trying to send invitation to a candidate for in interview (candidate profile - click on "new" below interview list) I usualy fill in address, name of the interview and another text which is placed to the template. Today out of a sudden (it means no changes in settings took place) "filling in" stopped working and only thing going to candidate is the body of a template (with no adress, no text) which appears so lame I have to be ashamed in front of our candidates and clients
How to make a potential revenue forecast report?
Forecast Details / Expected Revenue - related question here. I would like to make a report that shows the potential revenue that can be made with all the open positions. How do I do that please? Also there is a "Rate" field in the Forecast Details. Jet there is nothing in Help explaining what it is. Any pointers please?

Hi There My sign in on my career page doesnt work. I can view the jobs from my website, but any attempt to sign up or sign in, results in 404 pages, or the page not submitting. Ive had complaints that people cant reset their passwords. I have clearly not set it up right, but have looked at it for days and I just dont have the understanding of what its doing to fix it. Changing Recruiter information
Hello, I have 2 questions. 1. If I change the 2nd recruiter email address and info to a different person, will all the correspondence (emails, notes etc.) still be visible on candidate profiles? 2. If I delete the 2nd recruiter account, do all the candidates owned by that recruiter also get deleted or does the ownership change? I currently have approximately 44,000 Candidate records. They all have City Name and Zip Codes. I want to be able to select Candidates by Region, for example, anyone in the Bay Area, or anyone in Downtown San Francisco. (So there are multiple non-contiguous Zip Code ranges and multiple City Names). Other than creating a User-Defined Field and manually Mass-Updating that field, does anyone have a better solution? API query - Candidates
Hello, I am trying to integrate Zoho Recruit in a stand alone PHP app. I hadn't found a way to get all the hot candidates via your API. I can get all the candidates and filter them afterwards in my code, but as far as I can see, there is a limit of 200 records I receive after calling the API. So, my question is: How do I get only the hot candidates by calling the API? Thank you!

Good morning, I wanted to know if amendments, improvements and upgrades are being made to the system with regard to recording notes. How can we record candidate notes directly to a job without associating every candidate with that job? I have converted an candidate to contact, how can I remove the contact properly. I tried to just delete the converted contact. However, if I did that, I cannot convert the candidate to contact again.
Bulk Candidate Status Update
We have a group of candidates we just bulk emailed. They were associated as promising to different jobs. Now we'd like to update the Candidate Status for all of them. How can we bulk change Candidate Status for all the candidates we just bulk emailed? BTW - We also gave them all a temporary tag so we could pull them all up in one view. Now we need a way to do the bulk Candidate Status update.
