Solution to duplicate records? How to merge to not lose candidate information?
Duplicate candidates - has there been any progress on dealing with issue. I see from an earlier post some 6 months ago this should be fixed by now (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/duplicate-candidate-records). I am getting lots of duplicate records when adding candidates from outlook where they have both a resume AND a covering letter (or second attachment). Has anybody found a solution to this. If I simply delete the 'duplicate' record then I am also deleting the cover letter as

After I check first C.V. , edit and save , the next CV's are not in serial . I find that "Candidate ID" goes haywire and not remain in Serial . Every time I have to click on "Candidate ID" to get in serial. Tamhane

View of Open Job Openings with Assigned Candidates
How can I create a view/report that shows either: - All candidates that are assigned to a Job Opening OR - All Job Openings with assigned candidates (and list each of the candidates that are assigned) I can see where you can go into each Job Opening and filter or go into All Candidates and filter by Job Opening. But I am looking for a comprehensive list of all Job Openings with Assigned Candidates. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jason
Search switches candidate view!
I just realize that every time I do a search on candidates, the view switches back to "All Candidates". That is a major handicap. It should stay at the setting that was there when the search criteria is entered. I customized the view that shows location and other fields, an all of then are gone when searching!
Search/Filters mis-placed!
Is there anyone else that finds the location of the search filters way on the right of the screen terribly misplaced? They should be to the left or at the top left of the page. When having wide views with lots of data, horizontal scrolling to get to the filters/search is a real drag.

RESUME EXTRACTOR PROBLEM
I am unable to import candidates from Monster but I can with Careerbuilder. When I copy and paste the resume, and hit the resume extractor, it comes up in yellow that The text you have selected does not contain any basic information. When I hit import, this is what comes up...Error occurred while adding the candidate Error msg:Unable to process your request. Please verify if the name and value is appropriate for the "url" parameter. Please have someone contact me To help me to rectify!!!

Hello...I would like some help in streamlining document names without disrupting or deleting current files. I have created names for each attachment type under the candidate section but it is proving to be too cumbersome to keep up with that section. Uploading candidate cvs when on mobile devices
We have an embed form in our website for candidates to apply for jobs. This allows the candidates to attach and upload a file, which is fine on computer, but only allows them to upload photos on a mobile device. Re-Invite button doesn't appear
I know you don't actually read the question, but my question is what do I do when a User can't activate their account. The User gets a message saying the Administrator needs to Re-invite--so as the Administrator I go to Users and hover over their name--but the Re-Invite isn't there. I tried to attach a screenshot showing that I'm hovering over a name and Deactivate is the only choice given. BUT the picture wouldn't attach--no matter how many times I tried.
