Database imports
I have imported Clients to my database. but the contacts have not populate on the contact data base. do I have to also import the same databases for the contacts and does it double up or will it sort the contact to the client
Tailoring the Vacancy section on Website
When I am posting a new job opening on zoho to our careers website how do I remove the "Client" category - this is confidential information and we do not want it published on our website for the public to see. Obviously we want to be able to see the Client name on zoho though - please can you advise? Many thanks, Claire

Authentication to LinkedIn is no longer working, so I can no longer view the LI profiles associated with each candidate. When I try to re-authorize to LI, a blank screen appears after I enter my LI userid and pw.
BUG: Cannot submit candidates to my client
I would like to report a serious problem to my company I am having with Zoho Recruit: I cannot submit any candydate(s) from candidate card or from candidate review panel. It is entirely possible to send email to contacts anyway. It has been tested that: - sending SMTP (my own or yours) is not the problem - receiving SMTP is not problem either - any other type of email communication is also fine. - it is a matter of Recruit interface or your backend. My company (HR agency) really needs to get this

Follow up button
There should be a follow up button for each data entry in the candidates, client contacts, clients and job openings modules. IF is entry is marked for follow up, this should appear on a sumarry list of follow up items on the dashboard and calendar, as is the case with outlook.

Zoho recruit - mobile device integration
Hi, I'm a BIG fan of Zoho, especially recruit. One thing I would like to suggest is the BIG BIG BIG BIG need to have mobile integration in this day and age. it is absolute FACT that a high percentage of users now access a website from a mobile device. Whilst Zoho allows for job postings to be embedded into a website, it doesn't work in a 'mobile' format. Can you tell me if you will be offering this soon as it will be a KEY feature which will make Zoho stand out FAR from all competition.
How do I add custom fields to candidates that is editable by an interviewer?
I would like to add a custom number field for the scores that an interviewer provides for candidates after interviews. These scores range from 1 (Outstanding) to 5 (Poor). How do I add a custom field for candidates that an interviewer can edit?

New Candidate Added to Recruit by Embed Question
Can you add a link to the applicant record in the email so I can easily find the new applicant or updated record. Right now I have to hunt around and hope I find which record was updated. Sometimes I never find the record. This is especially important when I've asked an applicant to update their record, and they do, but don't alert me by email. URGENT - EMAIL PROBLEMS
Hi. I am having problems with my emails. Emails are appearing twice and three times (these are all the same email) . Emails are being delayed in sending to other Zoho users in the office (12 hour delay) Emails are being delayed when receiving. Someone sent me an email at 10 am in the morning and it was not received that day at all. When I logged in the next morning, it had been received. Please advise asap. thank you

I changed the status of a job opening from On Hold to In-Process today, and could see it when using the Job Openings Link until a few minutes ago. It's now not on the list of openings. Mass update and mass upload
Hello Zoho Team, I have 2 questions. I have a lot of candidates to update so I filter the ones I want into Zoho and do my mass update (I put the display of the list on 100 candidates). But when I update these first 100 hundred ones, I lost my reseauch and get back with all the candidates in the list. Is there any way to update a full list of candidates (more than 5000)? Hello Zoho folks, I really like the Zoho Recruits app, but we are a small company that would like to share this info among 2-3 other leaders in the business. I am not a recruiter, and we only hire 1-2 key positions per year. Such little use cannot justify the 25$ per month per user fee. I am attempting to change the Client field for an existing Client Contact record. The Client Contact will continue to have the same email address as previously entered. AFter changing the Client field and then hitting Save, the systems said the the "Email address already exists" and won't let me save the record. Web Forms Not Working
Web forms are not working - period. Candidate application forms do not forward details and attachments as provided. Also, forms do not consistently save after creation and/or modification within the Zoho interface. Finally, candidate is not redirected to the assigned URL after the form has been submitted. I have a strong knowledge of html, css, javascript, etc., so I'm not making any novice mistakes in terms of how I'm attempting to set up these forms. Looking forward to your quick reply. Dan
Wanting to find someone that can create an employment application and misc forms
We are looking for someone that we can hire to create a new hire employment application in Zoho that we can put on our website and it ties back to Zoho Recruit. We also have a few other forms that we would like to create, but just dont have the bandwidth at this time. Any suggestions on where we might find some help?
