Error When Saving Candidate Record
I receive an error (attachment: Zoho-Error Page) when editing and saving data entered into custom fields on the Candidates page. Can you put signature in emails launched from within a candidate or contact's record?
I want to use the "Send Mail" function in the Candidate and Contact modules rather than it using link to their emails so I can document the contact. The problem is I can add the signature for emails sent from the Email module it doesn't show up in the "Send Mail" links. Am I missing something to make this work?

Problem deleting candidates
I tried to import a resume & instead it created a couple dozen incorrect "candidates" from the 1 resume. Then I tried to delete the incorrect candidates, and the system will not allow me to delete them. How do I delete these multiple incorrect "candidates" all at once? I've tried clicking on the boxes to the left of the candidate name, followed by clicking on the delete button, and nothing happens. Very frustrated right now.

My question - when we want to use the "post to job board" facility for Indeed.com (sponsored job listing) does Zoho have an agreed rate with Indeed? How do you change Current Job title, which is picklist style to text style in Candidate without affecting resume parsing? In order to solve this,I decided to add manually text style in current job title then Change Current Job title (for example, current job titles) to different name but when I put resume parsing function, job title showing in current job titles, which mean I cannot make manually current job title. therefore, please help me to solve this issue.

Default value box won't uncheck
I have created a custom Pick List field for the Client module and it I have unchecked the "Use first value as default value" box and clicked Save. However, whenever I go back in to edit that same field again, the box is checked, and when I add a new client, that field is defaulting to the second value! EEEEEK! Help? (It's the field I've entitled "AmLaw" for Clients)

Is there a way to further customize the "Candidate Business Card"? I understand I can customize up to 4 fields as it stands, but it also defaults to Candidate Status and Last Update. What if I don't want those two fields to appear? (In other words, those fields aren't that helpful to me). Thanks!

Hello, Applicants who apply for a posted job by uploading their resumes (in both word and PDF format) are able to enter their contact details into my ZohoRecruit account; BUT the attachments are coming through as Corrupted, meaning we CAN'T OPEN or VIEW the attached resumes. Is there a way to create a pop-up alert whenever a Candidate or Client entry is opened? For example, say John Doe is a candidate who I want to make sure my recruiters do not call; when his profile is clicked on, can something pop up that says, Do Not Call, etc.? Thanks!
