How to Associate multiple contacts with deal in Sales Inbox
Hello, I have many deals that have multiple potential customers associated with a single deal, for example an engineer and a manager. The manager is the Deal's primary contact in CRM and the Engineer is added to the deal in the "Contact Roles" AssociatedSent emails for SalesInBox are not sending
I have found that sending emails to contacts from SalesInBox does not send them - the recipient does not receive them and they do not show in the sent folder. Hi everyone, I again find myself a little confused by the Zoho offering. I am a long time Zoho CRM and Zoho mail user. About a year and a half ago, Zoho mail had a major update and things like streams were added. We have learned to use the new features, although I am sure not to their fullest. Sorry for saying this but SalesInbox is a really mess. BIG FAIL. Bad UX and VERY bad IMAP sync. I don't know how can someone use this to be more productive. It's just the oposite. I'm trying to use SalesInbox for a while but sales people do not have just sales activities so we still have to came back to the mail app anyway. Folders of SalesInbox are not in sync with folders of mail server (wich syncs Ok to mobile) and vice-versa wich leads to double work as now you have to cleanup 3 inboxes (MailMulti-level folders in inbox

Hello, I have setup and started using the SalesInbox feature in Zoho. I could not figure how to attach an e-mail to a deal in the SalesInbox. Our company is dealing with a lot of partners, and I will for example receive in the same day 5 e-mails from the same contacts but that should be associated with 5 different deals, how would I go about that? We're running a trial version of ZOHO. We have SalesInbox enabled. Permissions are set correctly (I'm CEO, other roles are below me). SalesInbox seems to work - when we add a Lead/Contact it shows as in CRM. However we do not see emails in the Lead/Contact records. Hi, Seems like SalesInBox would occasionally category the same email into both "CONTACT & LEADS" and "NOT IN CRM". See the attachment for screenshot. There are a few emails with exact same senders, content, and everything that appears in both categories. Both of the senders are on the Contact list in CRM. Hi, I am a heavy user of Sales Inbox. This has changed my life! One suggestion: some of my contacts have 2 mailaddresses in the same domain that act as aliasses. For instance: my john@zylker.com = john.doe@zylker.com Sales Inbox does not recognise this as the same person. I have tried addding one of the mailaddresses in CRM as second e-mail but still, mails coming from this person do not get recognised as a single person.
