Sorry for saying this but SalesInbox is a really mess. BIG FAIL. Bad UX and VERY bad IMAP sync. I don't know how can someone use this to be more productive. It's just the oposite. SalesInbox attach e-mail to deal
Hello, I have setup and started using the SalesInbox feature in Zoho. I could not figure how to attach an e-mail to a deal in the SalesInbox. Our company is dealing with a lot of partners, and I will for example receive in the same day 5 e-mails from the same contacts but that should be associated with 5 different deals, how would I go about that? At the moment, it seems that the only solution is to use the Outlook Plugin in Outlook to attach those e-mails.

Emails not shown in Lead/Contact records; how can I see coworkers emails?
We're running a trial version of ZOHO. We have SalesInbox enabled. Permissions are set correctly (I'm CEO, other roles are below me). SalesInbox seems to work - when we add a Lead/Contact it shows as in CRM. However we do not see emails in the Lead/Contact records. Should existing emails (not sent via CRM but found via SalesInbox) be shown there? Thanks.

RFC2822 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2822#section-2.1.1) states that emails have a maximum line length of 998 characters. However, SalesInbox does not adhere to this standard and sends email with line length exceeding 998 characters. Mail Transfer Agents such as Postfix enforce the maximum line length (http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#smtp_line_length_limit) by breaking lines that exceed the limit. Issues with salesbox
Ever since that day a few weeks ago when it was down. It has not been the same. It loads slow and sometimes errors. Currently right now on the side. It shows there are unread emails. Its like its stuck and won't refresh. Any improvements being done on the speed? Its just slow to send email out and to get email.

Hi, Seems like SalesInBox would occasionally category the same email into both "CONTACT & LEADS" and "NOT IN CRM". See the attachment for screenshot. There are a few emails with exact same senders, content, and everything that appears in both categories. Both of the senders are on the Contact list in CRM. So I don't really know how to deal with this? Would we solve this soon?
