Hi, Since Craig Cmehil, SDN evangelist, is so enthusiastic about ZOHO within SDN (I'm also a contributor), I though I would have a go with it too. I started with an XLS that I need to update frequently and send to the other end of world each month. So I thought ZOHO would be a solution for this. So I imported an XLS and that worked fine, expect for the charts. I don't know if things are bugs are feature request so I send things in over here. The charts are imported, but don't show anything. So whenCan't rename or delete bottom tabs!
I can't find a way to rename or delete any of the tabs at the bottom of the screen (sheets)! It's important to be able to do either of these tasks to manage sheets within a spreadsheet. Anyone know how? There's a plus sign to the left to add a new sheet, but no minus to delete one!Getting started
Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, so I'm sorry in advance if it's wrong! Basically, I work for a school in the UK and I've been given the task of building an online collaboration system whereby teachers and students can login upload Word and Excel files (and if I'm lucky PowerPoint... which is one thing I like about Zoho!) and be able to open, edit and save the files online, without the need to download and reupload. With Excel on the desktop, I prefer to use Verdana as my default font, and I try the same on Zoho Sheet. First issue is that there's no way in Zoho to specify a default font other than its default. Second, if I click on the top left cell to change font for the whole sheet, font changes take a long time to propagate. After logging into zoho sheet, all the spreadsheets I've ever created no longer appear. In fact, the sidebar containing the list of my spreadsheets isn't even loading. System is returning incorrect sums when using the in-sheet sum calculations (although it's returning the correct sum in the preview windows in lower right) i'd say this is a real problem for a spreadsheet app. msg216cell A1 text cut off and merge won't fix it
I was able to get most of my cut off text to display by merging cells, but cell A1 does not seem to work right. It wraps instead of spanning the merged cells. When I make changes to my sheet and save, the public sheet links to the original version. I was viewing on IE7 and though it may be a cache issue so I opened it in FireFox and still saw the "old" sheet. I had to upload my excel file with a new name to get a new public sheet link that is updated.Cell Height Changing
When I tab or right arrow to the next cell, the cell height for the row increases in size regularly but not consistantly. The data is well short of filling up the cell, so it shouldn't be causing the cell to wrap. When I try to manually resize the cell, the gridlines disappear so I can't see when I have the cell the proper size. When I try to copy the data to another area in the worksheet so that I don't have to resize the row, the data does not copy at all.Default start sheet

I just spent a few hours working on a sheet called "city council candidates 2007", and then when I entered a hyperlink and then followed it, and then tried to use the browser back button to get back to the sheet (which I had done several times previously in the editing session), I got an error: Error Occured. If you are typing text into a cell, it should attempt to auto-complete. Sometimes a column has just a few values that are used over and over in each row. For example, "Mileage" as a description of an expense. After typing "Mi" the sheet should suggest an auto-complete. Thx. pvisorting columns in online spreadsheet

Column B is email addresses. Column C is a numeric field. I'm cutting and pasting in email addresses from another site and they sometimes come with a preceding tab. When I past the address including tab into column B, it ends up in Column C. When I go into the cells and clear them out, and restore the numeric value that was inadvertently pasted over, it still is a mailto: hyperlink. I can't get rid of it. Help!Folders

Is there a way to have zoho sheet default to show text in the adjoining cell when the cell contains text that is longer than its width? Currently, it just cuts off the text at the edge of the cell and i either have to increase the width of the cell, wrap text, or join to other cells in order to see the complete entry. When entering data and I either tab or right arrow to the next field the cell will regularly but not consitantly doulbe in cell height. The data is not extending anywhere near to the end of the cell(this might cause it to increase the cell size). Also when this first failed I tried to copy to another part of the spreadsheet and would not copy at all. When I tried to adjust the cell height back to the right size the grid lines dissappeared and could not see what I was doing. It seems that 3 out ofsheets made usless

One of the things I like about Google Docs is that it allows me to bookmark individual documents. I tried this with Zoho Sheets -- I opened a document, then bookmarked where I was. However, when I used the bookmark, it opened Zoho Sheet with an empty document rather than the sheet I had attempted to bookmark.
