Does the sites team plan to add chat support to support paid users?Advice on simple eCommerce using Sites NOT the Zoho Commerce platform
I use PayPal Pro as my processor. I am a Zoho One subscriber. I have very simple eCommerce needs...I sell a few products which can be handled with PayPay buttons. I collect registration fees for seminars. This requires the registrant to select a date and number of attendees, (and name, address, email address etc.). If the number of attendees is >=2, then a discount is applied. I don't see a way to handle discounting calculations in Forms, and I do not need the functionality of Zoho Commerce. I saw a post 3 months ago that your engineers were working on adding the ability to put custom fields on your member sign up page. Has that happened? Any update on when that might happen? Also, is there a way to automatically trigger a member sign up. So I would create my own sign up page and put code on that page to trigger the member sign up. I think. In other words, if I make changes to _theme.face, it appears that the changes won't propagate throughout the template until each of the dependent template files are "touched" by opening each one up, adding a space somewhere to get the system to resave the file. I'm pretty sure i've run into similar issues as well with includes, and possibly macros. I am in the process of putting up a simple site for my business in the Netherlands. I published it, did the DNS stuff and installed the certificate. For the past 2 weeks I have had an intermittent issue where my home page will display a generic 404 File not Found error page. All other pages are available and my site's domain is properly mapped. Whenever I call support, they speak to a developer and the issue gets resolved within 2 hours without any real explanation of the root cause for the issue. After a day or two, the same issue occurs and the home page is not accessible again. I will call support and go through the same cycle with the'404'- File Not Found: Sorry, there is no web page matching your request. You would have typed the wrong address.
