Contact Form - Does not appear on published website
I have seen this a few times now. The contact form is there on the site editor, but on the published site it does not appear. Have tried both Safari and Chrome browsers - but the same situation on both...no contact form!!! Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? (it's very annoying). Sorry if this is a stupid question but after changing my CNAME record as prompted and setting up domain forwarding my http site now has a DNS error and it says Googlebot could not access my site. My www site is working normally but i wasn't sure if the DNS failure was something i could fix or if it was normal with this kind of thing? Also will it be harming my site in search rankings? HI When I change the background colour and pattern for my mobile site, in the Visual Editor it all appears OK (ie, it appears OK within the Visual Editor). However, if I preview the site or publish it and try to view the live site, the changes haven't taken effect and I still see the site with the old background colour/pattern. I'm having trouble when I try to change my secondary domain (which is a sub domain actually) www.unggulgroup.com to be the primary domain of my Zoho sites. I've added the A record which point to 74.201.154.208 and the CNAME mapped to zhs.zohosites.com but still, it says that my domain is not configured yet. Though I can access my site using both unggulgroup.com or www.unggulgroup.com, I still want to change my "www" subdomain as the primary address of my site. Can anyone help? All of my Zoho Sites are down with no notice. I received the instructions to change DNS records but I can't follow them for sites where I registered the domain through Zoho. I would have thought that if you are changing name server IP addresses, that the domains purchased through you would work automatically. Now I am stuck. Please help. In Site Editor, all content / banners / logo's / etc. appear to be okay. However, when pre-viewing published page or viewing site after publishing, the content shows up as string code only. My all urls says "this page is not available", unless i put www in front of the url I want to use.
