Hello, I've picked this forum as it is at the top of the list! :) First suggestion: A general forum for issues and comments that are not specific to a particular Zoho application. Howdy, I'm a newbie and finding Zoho an improvement to MS Word. Consider yourself hugged. High on my wish list would be plain text cut-and-paste. When pasting text from the web to Zoho, presently Zoho imports the formatting along with the text. This means that every cut-and-paste operation brings in text in a different font, size, or style. Hi, I'm new to zoho but I liked the idea of an online wordprocessor that I can use from multiple computers. I signed up a few hours ago while at work where our computers use Linus Ubuntu and a Firefox browser and the Writer came up fine. Now I'm home and using my Windows machine with Norton Firewall and Firefox and the writer opens as a blank page. I've checked my security options in both Firefox & Norton and I have received all the cookies from Zoho. What gives?Zoho Writer can be slow to load sometimes

I've noticed that whenever I restart my web browser (Firefox 2) and try to open Zoho Writer, it always shows the login screen first, even if I have an URL direct to the writing interface itself. I don't recall it doing this in an older version, so why does it happen now? Twice in the last week I have had problems saving Writer documents. Any work done during that session was lost. The problems occurred on two different machines, both using Firefox. I did get an error message indicating that I should copy my work before exiting. Foolishly, I didn't follow that advice because when I tried to save it again, it appeared that it was saving it. I see how to share my documents, and I see that I can easily email the others with whom I am sharing my documents. But when they change the document, I would like one of these to happen: - Either provide a way for them to inform me that they have read and edited my document or - have the system automatically email all people on the "shared" list for a document that the document has been edited. Hello, I have a self hosted WP blog. When I create and post a doc from zoho to my blog, it works fine. I see the post in the admin panel. However, even though the timestamp is the correct time, it tells me the blog post will not be posted for another 5 hours ... I have checked my TZ settings in WP and zoho and both are set to -5 US/Eastern. Has anyone else seen this and know how to fix so the post will be published straight away ? I am trying to add my Wordpress blog to Zoho Writer, and to this point I have been unsuccessful. Dear community, since today 16 July the side bar, ( the one with the list of my writer documents available) is not standartly visible. I can only open it but pressing the dropout button and then it jumps out to the right. My problem is that the bar covers the part of the document. Due to the reason that i often have to jump between tenth of the documents I need this side bar to be opened all the time, As in Zoho sheet for examle. MAy be it is as skin issue? First Off, I love Zoho Writer. You guys have Find and Replace feature, one button! So much better than Google Documents! Nevertheless, I also like JotSpot a lot. WHen I cut and paste text and an image from one document to another, the images do not remain in the same places. For example, if an image is set to wrap around text to the left, when I cut and paste from one document to another, it does not wrap, and has to be reset. Might it be possible to add a timestamp button? I use Zoho for journalling and would find this most helpful. If you could select how the timestamps would look that would be way cool as well. Lots of false positives and it almost always marks correctly spelled words as incorrect for a second then changes it. This is especially true when importing or copy-pasting content into a document. Zoho's multilingual spell checking is still much better than Google Docs or LibreOffice, both of which are just plain unusable.Next Page
