How do I confirm my Zoho account after signing up?

Method 1: Confirm through welcome email

Once you have signed up for a Zoho account, a welcome email will be sent with a confirmation link, which will be valid for only 30 days.
  1. Click Confirm Account in the email. You will be redirected to the account confirmation page.
  2. Enter your account password if prompted, then click Verify.
  3. Click Access Your Account to complete confirmation.
If you cannot find the email, try to search the email with the subject "Confirm your Zoho account" Check the spam and junk folders, as well as for any filters.

Method 2: Confirm through Zoho Accounts

You can also follow the below steps to confirm your account, if you are currently signed-in to your account (i.e., have an active session)
  1. Go to accounts.zoho.com
  2. Scroll down to My Email Addresses, then click Verify Now.
  3. A verification email with an OTP will be sent to the mentioned email address.
  4. Enter the received OTP, then click Verify.
Your account will be confirmed and you will be able to access your account. If the issue persists, send us an email at support@zohoaccounts.com.
