How do I upload a profile picture for my Zoho account?

  1. Sign in to your Zoho account.
  2. Click Personal Information under Profile.
  3. Hover your cursor over your profile picture, then click the  icon.
  4. In the pop-up window, select the image you want to upload.
    5. InfoSupported file formats are jpg, png, gif, jpeg. The maximum supported file size is 10MB.
  5. By default, your profile picture will be visible only to you. You can restrict your Zoho account's profile picture visibility to a preferred set of users using the following options.
    1. Zoho users
    2. Employees of my organization (available only for organization users)
    3. Anyone (Refer ℹ️)
    4. Only myself
  6. Crop your picture as needed, then click Update.

To improve performance, your profile picture is cached locally when users in other data centers view it.
