How to recover OneAuth via Backup verification codes

  1. Download and install the OneAuth app.
  2. Tap SIGN IN.
  3. Enter your credentials and tap Next.
  4. Tap Problem Signing in?, then select one of the modes listed on the web page to verify yourself.
  5. Tap Use Backup Verification Codes.
  6. Enter the backup verification codes, then click Verify.
You might have saved your backup codes on your device or copied to anyone of your text editor. If you still can't find your backup codes contact support@zohoaccounts.com
