What should I do if I don't receive the OTP on my device?

This can happen if there is any issue with the network provider or with your handset. Try the following steps and resend the OTP to check if you have received it:
  1. Try enabling and disabling airplane mode.
  2. Make sure the OS and SMS applications are up to date on your mobile.
  3. Try using your stock SMS application, if you're using another SMS application.
  4. Check if you have enabled any settings to block unknown or promotional SMS. If you have, then disable the setting and resend the OTP.
  5. Restart your mobile device so that it gets reconnected to your nearby base station.
  6. Remove your SIM card from your current mobile device and insert it on a different mobile device. Resend the OTP and check if you have received it. If you have received the OTP, you can infer that the problem is with your previously-used mobile device.
