What is iCloud Private Relay?
iCloud Private Relay is a privacy-centric feature available on Apple devices, which is used to protect and hide your identity when you browse the web. If Private Relay is turned on, it masks your actual IP address when routing your Internet traffic, and shares a temporary IP address with the services you are using.

Email alerts from Zoho
From Zoho, to alert you of any account activity from unusual locations, we will send you email alerts during the following events:
- When your account is signed in from a new device, browser, or location.
- When your account is accessed by a new third-party app or location.
During the above events, if iCloud Private Relay is turned on in your device, it will not share the actual IP address your account is getting accessed from. Instead, a temporary IP address will be shared, and it will vary over time and between sessions. Because of this, you might receive these email alerts frequently.
If you would like to stop receiving these email alerts, you can disable the alerts from your account's Preferences.
- Go to accounts.zoho.com.
- Go to Settings from the left menu.
- In Preferences, under Email Notifications, disable the alerts you don't need:
- Account sign-in alert
- Third-party app access alert
