Why do I get an email alert when I sign in from a new device or new location?

For added security, an email alert is triggered whenever you sign in from a new device or new location. If the sign-in wasn't yours, then choose the solution that applies to your case.
  1. Sign in to your Zoho account to change your password.
  2. Go to Zoho Accounts to reset your password using your recovery email address or mobile number.
  3. If you don't have access to your recovery email address or mobile number, choose the solution that applies to your case from those given below.
    1. If you're a personal user or an organization admin, submit a request to support@zohoaccounts.com.
    2. If you are an organization user, contact your admin.
 However, if you signed in from a public computer or an open network, you can delete that particular session from your history by following these steps:
  1. Sign in your Zoho account.
  2. Click Security, then click Device Sign-Ins.
  3. Select the device you want to remove from the list.
  4. Click .
