Why does my Zoho account show a different email address when I use sign in with Apple?

If your Zoho account shows an email address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com after you sign in with Apple, it is because you have selected the Hide My Email option when creating your Zoho account using your Apple ID.
Hide My Email is an Apple privacy feature that generates a unique, random email address instead of sharing your actual Apple ID email address with third-party applications. How to confirm if "Hide My Email" is enabled for your Zoho account

  1. Open the Settings app, then tap your name.
  2. Tap Sign in with Apple. You can see the apps and websites that are using Sign in with Apple.
  3. Select OneAuth from the list.
    If Hide My Email was enabled, you will see an email address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com.

On your Mac
  1. Click the Apple menu, then click System Settings.
  2. Click your name, then click Sign in With Apple.
  3. Select OneAuth from the list.
    If Hide My Email was enabled, you will see an email address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com.

How to Switch from private relay address to your original Apple ID email address

If you'd prefer to use your actual Apple ID email address instead of the private relay address, follow these steps:
  1. Remove the existing Sign in with Apple
    On your iPhone / iPad

    On your iPhone / iPad
    1. Open Settings on your Apple device.
    2. Tap your name, then tap Sign in with Apple.
    3. Select OneAuth from the list.
    4. Tap Delete, then tap Stop Using.

    On Mac
    1. Click the Apple menu, then click System Settings.
    2. Click your name, then click Sign in with Apple.
    3. Select OneAuth from the list.
    4. Click Delete, then click Stop Using.

  2. Sign in again and share your real email address
InfoIf you're already signed in to Zoho, sign out before continuing. This ensures you're prompted to choose between Share My Email and Hide My Email when you sign in with Apple.
  1. Go to accounts.zoho.com.
  2. Click Sign in with Apple.
  3. Enter your Apple ID credentials. You will be asked to choose between the following options:
    1. Share My Email - Shares your Apple ID email address with Zoho.
    2. Hide My Email - Uses a private relay email address ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com.
  4. Select Share My Email and continue.
InfoDo not select Hide My Email during this process. This will generate a new relay address and create a separate account instead of signing you into your original Apple account.
