You cannot reset password or remove IP restriction for this email address
What happened
You may encounter this error when you are trying to reset password or remove IP restriction by entering a group email address.
A
group alias address is not associated with an individual Zoho account,
as they are common email addresses shared by a set of users for a
specific purpose. Group aliases are used when emails have to be sent to
all the users who are part of that group. For example, if you are a
member of a group and you have sent an email to the group email address, a copy of the email gets delivered to all the individual members of the group.
As group email address is not related to an individual Zoho account, resetting password or removing IP restriction is not applicable for it.
Solution
To reset password or remove IP restriction for a Zoho account, enter the personal email address associated with that account.
