Troubleshoot Android Notifications

Xiaomi 

Enable notifications for OneAuth in your phone settings   

  1. Open Security, then tap Manage apps.
  2. Tap OneAuth, then tap Notifications.
  3. Ensure that Show notifications is turned on.
  4. Under Categories, use the toggles to enable Floating notifications, Lock screen notifications, and Sound.

Enable autostart of OneAuth   

  1. Open Security, then tap Manage apps.
  2. Tap OneAuth.
  3. Use the toggle to enable Autostart.

Exclude OneAuth from battery optimization   

  1. Open Security, then tap Manage apps.
  2. Tap OneAuth.
  3. Tap Battery saver, then select No restrictions.  

Vivo 

Enable notifications for OneAuth in your phone settings 

  1. Open Settings, then tap More settings.
  2. Tap App Manager, then select OneAuth.
  3. Use the toggles to enable Allow notification, Top preview, and Show on lock screen.

Allow background power consumption   

  1. Open Settings, then tap Battery.
  2. Tap High background power consumption.
  3. Use the toggle next to OneAuth to enable background power consumption.

Samsung 

Enable notifications for OneAuth in your phone settings 

  1. Open Settings, then tap Apps.
  2. Tap OneAuth.
  3. Under App settings, tap Notifications and ensure that it is enabled.

Exclude OneAuth from battery optimization   

  1. Open Settings, then tap Apps.
  2. Tap the   button in the top-right corner and select Special access.
  3. Tap Optimize battery usage.
  4. Use the toggle next to OneAuth to disable battery optimization.

OnePlus 

Enable notification for OneAuth in your phone settings   

  1. Open Settings, then tap Apps & notifications.
  2. Tap OneAuth.
  3. Tap Notifications and turn on Show Notifications.  

Exclude OneAuth from battery optimization   

  1. Open Settings, then tap Battery.
  2. Tap Battery Optimization.
  3. Tap Apps not optimized and select All apps.
  4. Find OneAuth and set it to Don't optimize.
