You're not receiving notifications on your device.

What happened?

If you set up push notification as your preferred mode of sign-in, you will only receive the notification in your primary device, unless you manually specify your device on the sign-in page.

How to resolve this issue 

You can change your primary and secondary devices in your OneAuth app:
  1. Open your OneAuth app, then tap Devices.
  2. Tap the device displayed under SECONDARY & RECOVERY DEVICES.
  3. Tap Make as Primary.
Selecting the device you have in your hand as the primary device may resolve your notifications related issues.
