Issue signing in via Google: Error 403 disallowed_useragent
You may encounter this error when you try to sign in to a Zoho app via Google on your mobile device.
What happened?
Google restricts users from signing in to their account in a native mobile app if a compatible web browser is not installed in the mobile device.

If a supported browser is not installed, you will be shown this error when you try to sign in via Google.
How to resolve this issue?
To sign in to the app:
Solution 1
- If you are an Android user, install Google Chrome or Firefox on your mobile device.
- If you are an iOS user, install Safari on your mobile device.
Once you have installed the browser, open the Zoho app and try signing in via Google.
Solution 2
- Instead of tapping Sign in using Google, enter your email address in the username field.
- Click Next. An OTP will be sent to your Gmail inbox.
- Enter the OTP, then click Verify.
