Restricted Sign in - Troubleshooting | Zoho Accounts

Restrict sign-in is enabled. Please disable it in your OneAuth app to sign in to your account.

What happened?

If you've enabled the Restrict sign-in option for your Zoho account in the OneAuth app, you will not be able to sign in to your account.

How to resolve this issue

To disable the Restrict sign-in option: 
  1. Open your OneAuth app.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Security.
  4. Disable Restrict sign-in.
