If you've enabled the Restrict sign-in option for your Zoho account in the OneAuth app, you will not be able to sign in to your account.

How to resolve this issue

To disable the Restrict sign-in option:

Open your OneAuth app.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Security.
Disable Restrict sign-in.

If you have uninstalled the OneAuth app or are unable to access it, please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance.
