You may encounter this error when you are trying to sign in to your Zoho account with a group email address.

A group alias address is not associated with an individual Zoho account, as they are common email addresses shared by a set of users for a specific purpose. Group aliases are used when emails have to be sent to all the users who are part of that group. For example, if you are a member of a group and you have sent an email to the group email address, a copy of the email gets delivered to all the individual members of the group.

Try signing in with a different email address that is associated with an individual Zoho account.
