If you recently changed your Zoho account password and cleared all your desktop and app sessions, you will be signed out from your Zoho account from all browsers and applications including Zoho OneAuth. However, because your device is not connected to the internet it is not reflected in the OneAuth app. This is why you are being asked to refresh the app to sign out from the app.
