Sign in | Troubleshooting | Zoho Accounts

You need to refresh your OneAuth app to sign in to your account.

If you are using the old version of OneAuth, please upgrade to latest version (2.0) from Playstore or App store.

What happened? 

If you recently changed your Zoho account password and cleared all your desktop and app sessions, you will be signed out from your Zoho account from all browsers and applications including Zoho OneAuth. However, because your device is not connected to the internet it is not reflected in the OneAuth app. This is why you are being asked to refresh the app to sign out from the app.

How to resolve this issue 

To refresh the OneAuth app:

If you are using the old version

  1. Open OneAuth.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap Settings, then Refresh App.

If you are using version 2.0

  1. Open OneAuth. You will shown a message saying VERIFY YOUR PASSWORD.
  2. Click OK. You will be redirected to the sign-in page.
  3. Enter your username and new password to sign in and refresh.

How to prevent this in the future

While resetting or changing your password, always make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet.
