What happened?
For security reasons, we have restricted the daily sign-in limit for a Zoho account to 20 times per day. If you exceed the limit you won't be able to access your account for the next 24 hours. There are two possible reasons for this error:
- Too many users are using your Zoho account.
- You've signed in to your Zoho account in too many browsers.
How to resolve this issue
You need to wait until the end of the day (in the time zone where your data center is located) or try again after 24 hours of the restriction.
How to prevent this in the future
- If you're sharing your Zoho account with multiple users, we urge you to create a separate account for each user.
- Sign out from the web browsers you no longer use.
