You've reached your daily sign-in limit. Please contact Zoho Accounts support.
What happened?
For security reasons, we have restricted the daily sign-in limit for a Zoho account to 20 times per day. If you exceed the limit you won't be able to access your account. There are two possible reasons for this error:
- Too many users are using your Zoho account.
- You've signed in to your Zoho account in too many browsers.
How to resolve this issue
You can wait until the end of the day (in the time zone where your data center is located) or contact
support@zohoaccounts.com.
How to prevent this in the future
- If you're sharing your Zoho account with multiple users, we urge you to create a separate account for each user.
- Sign out from the web browsers you no longer use.
- If you've configured your browser settings to clear cookies when browser gets closed, change those settings.
- If you feel like you're not signing in too many times a day, you can enable "New sign-in to account alert" and "Third-party app access alert" to find out any unknown sign-in activity. Learn more
- Periodically check the signed-in locations of your devices to find out any unknown sign-in activity. Learn more
