You will get this error message if you try to sign up for a Zoho app with an email address using the domain name
zoho.com or
zohomail.com. This also applies to domains with other ccTLDs, such as zoho.eu/zohomail.eu, zoho.in/zohomail.in, and zoho.com.cn/zohomail.com.cn.
To sign up for a Zoho app, you need to provide an existing email address. Once you create an account, we will send an email to that address to verify and confirm your account. If you enter an email address that doesn't exist, an account will be created. However, as the account cannot be confirmed by email, it will be suspended subsequently.
If you enter a non-existent email address that has a domain name "zoho" or "zohomail", then you won't even be allowed to create an account. Instead you will be shown this error.
