A mobile number can be linked as a recovery mobile number to the maximum of six Zoho accounts. You will receive the above error message if you exceed this limit.

Solutions

  1. Use a different mobile number for your Zoho account.
  2. Remove the mobile number from any of the six Zoho accounts and try again.
