What is Restrict Sign-In in OneAuth?
The Restrict Sign-In feature blocks all new sign-in attempts to your Zoho account. This feature is useful when:
- You suspect unauthorized access.
- You want to lock your account temporarily.
Once enabled, you need to disable Restrict Sign-in in the OneAuth app before signing in to your Zoho account.
If you already have an active session, the restriction takes effect only after that session expires.
To terminate active sessions from OneAuth, refer
Manage Sessions.
To enable/disable Restrict Sign-In:
- Open the OneAuth app.
- Go to the Settings tab, then tap Account Settings.
- Use the toggle to enable or disable Restrict Sign-In.
If you've uninstalled the OneAuth app without disabling Restrict Sign-In, contact us at
support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance.
