With the release of OneAuth Version 3.8, we've introduced the Notifications feature. This feature ensures that you never miss important security alerts or key activities related to your Zoho account.
Key Features
Grouped Notifications
The new notifications are grouped into different categories for clarity and easy management. You can apply filters to view specific types of notifications:
- All - Displays all account and OneAuth-related activities.
- MFA - Covers Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) based account activities like MFA enabling/ disabling and authentication details.
- Org Policy - Tracks policies implemented by your organization, such as IP restrictions.
- Approvals - Monitors sign-in approvals and session creation.
- Account - Includes all account related activities like profile updates and password changes.
- Suspicious login attempts - Flags unauthorized or suspicious login attempts.
By default, the All filter is selected. This allows you to view all notifications at a glance.
Critical Notifications
Some notifications are marked as Critical for your immediate attention and may require action to enhance your account security.
Where to find Notifications
You can access notifications directly from the OneAuth app:
- Open the OneAuth app.
- Tap the Notifications tab in the bottom tray. Your recent notifications will be listed.
