OneAuth authentication modes

OneAuth authentication modes

After you install OneAuth, make sure to allow notifications for the OneAuth application. You will receive a notification only when you are trying to sign in to your Zoho account.

Face ID

Face ID is Apple's cutting-edge bio-metric recognition technology. If you choose this mode of authentication you can sign-in to your Zoho account using your Face ID. Whenever you try to sign in to your Zoho account, you will receive a OneAuth notification on your iPhone X to verify your Face ID. Once verified, you'll be signed in to your account.

How do I enable Face ID authentication?

  1. Open OneAuth and click Start Setup.
  2. You will see a screen with the four modes of authentication.
  3. Tap or Drag and drop Face ID to the center circle.
  4. Swipe the screens to read the instructions and click Got It.
  5. You will see a dialog that asks you to verify your Face ID.
  6. If you haven't configured Face ID for your phone, configure it and then set it up on OneAuth.
  7. Verify your Face ID and tap Confirm.
  8. Enter the password for your Zoho account and click Confirm.

Touch ID

The Touch ID is another biometric recognition mode available for iPhone models 5s and later. It's also present in some android phones, as a feature called Fingerprint. If you choose this mode of authentication, you can sign-in to your Zoho account using your fingerprint.
