There maybe times where your network is poor and you're unable to scan the QR code or receive push notifications from OneAuth. In that case OneAuth's alternate verification allows you to switch between other sign-in modes such as TOTP or scan QR for verification.
What to do if my preferred sign-in mode doesn't work?
- Go to accounts.zoho.com.
- Enter your email address, then click Next.
- Enter your password, then click Next. You will get redirected to MFA verification page.
Note: If you've enabled passwordless sign-in for your Zoho account, you will directly get redirected to MFA verification page once you enter the email address
- Click Sign in another way at the bottom of the page.
- Select any one of the alternate verification option.
- Open the OneAuth app, then tap Sign in another way on the MFA tab.
- Complete the verification by either entering the time-based OTP or scanning the QR code.
