What to do if my preferred sign-in mode doesn't work?
- Go to accounts.zoho.com.
- Enter your email address, then click Next.
- Enter your password, then click Next. You will get redirected to MFA verification page.
Note: If you've enabled passwordless sign-in for your Zoho account, you will directly get redirected to MFA verification page once you enter the email address - Click Sign in another way at the bottom of the page.
- Select any one of the alternate verification option.
- Open the OneAuth app, then tap Sign in another way on the MFA tab.
- Complete the verification by either entering the time-based OTP or scanning the QR code.
