Multi-Account Support
Just like the Zoho Mail and CRM mobile apps, OneAuth also supports multi-account sign-in. You can now add and configure multi-factor authentication for as many Zoho accounts as you want in the OneAuth app.
How to sign in multiple Zoho accounts in OneAuth
- Open OneAuth.
- Tap .
- Tap Add Account under your profile picture.
- Enter your other Zoho account credentials to sign in.
How to switch between multiple Zoho accounts
- Open OneAuth.
- Tap the accounts listed on the homepage.
- Select the account you wanted to use by tapping on it.
- Tap PROCEED.
You can also switch accounts by going to the settings page and tapping
View Accounts.
Managing your devices via OneAuth
You can install Zoho OneAuth on multiple devices and set them as primary and secondary devices. Having secondary devices will help you with app recovery if you lose your OneAuth app.
How to make a device secondary
- Download and install the OneAuth app.
- Tap SIGN IN.
- You will be asked whether to make this device primary or secondary.
- Tap Make Secondary.
How to change a device from secondary to primary
- Open OneAuth.
- Tap Devices in the home page.
- Tap the device you want to make primary under SECONDARY DEVICES.
- Tap Make Primary, then tap OK.
Restricting sign-in attempts for your Zoho account
If you think your account is compromised, you see any unusual sign-in attempts, or you're on a long vacation, you can enable Restrict Sign-in via the OneAuth app. If you enable it, any further sign-in attempts to your Zoho account will be blocked.
How to enable or disable the Restrict Sign-in option for your Zoho account
- Open your OneAuth app.
- Tap .
- Tap Account settings.
- Tap Restrict Sign-in to enable or disable it.
You need to disable Restrict Sign-in in the OneAuth app before you try to sign in to your Zoho account.
Managing your sessions via OneAuth
In addition to managing your sessions via
Active Sessions in accounts.zoho.com, you can also view or terminate connected apps, mobile, and web sessions in the OneAuth app.
How to view or terminate sessions via OneAuth
- Open OneAuth.
- Tap Sessions on the home page.
- Tap the hamburger menu to view the sessions list.
- Tap to terminate the sessions.
