Sharing and Collaboration
Easy Sharing: You can share data, reports or dashboards to any users or group.
Access Online: Users can access the shared views online from Zoho Analytics any time and anywhere.
Fine-grained permission control: You can set fine-grained permissions while sharing views with users/group, such that they will have access to do only permitted operations, like read, write, export etc.
Single Version and the latest always: Any data or report or dashboard shared when accessed by shared users, will always have the latest live version.
Enable True Collaborative Reporting and Analytics: Typical business analytics software is very restrictive as far as collaboration is concerned. Zoho Report's fine-grained access control system lets you share a table, dashboard, chart or any report with necessary permissions. It allows group of people do collaborative analysis i.e., work on the same data, analyze it and generate reports to arrive at a collective decision quickly.
No Multiple Versions of Truth: As there is no need to send your reports in file format, this avoids the possibility of users having different versions of data and reports with their own changes. In Zoho Analytics any data, report or dashboard shared can be accessed by users online. The same (and latest) version of reports and data is visible to everyone. Naturally this takes care of conflicting versions/modifications.
Highly Secure: While sharing, apart from the fine-grained permissions, you may also specify whether it requires a user to login into his/her Zoho Analytics account for access (private sharing) or if it can be accessed without logging into Zoho Analytics i.e. publish without login (Dashboard viewer license is necessary to enable this option).
