Steps to generate Unique Machine ID on Windows and Linux

For Windows (for builds above 4350)

        1. Open command prompt and go to this location Zoho\Analytics\bin
        2. Execute the file UniqueID.exe and get the machine ID.
        3. Please share the machine ID to the support team at "onprem-support@zohoanalytics.com"


For Linux (for builds above 4350)
  1. Open Terminal and go to Zoho\Analytics\bin
  2. Execute the command sh UniqueIDLinux.sh and get the machine ID.
  3. Please share the machine ID to the support team at "onprem-support@zohoanalytics.com"




For builds 4350 and below,
For Windows:
Download the UniqueID.exe file from this link and place it under Zoho\Analytics\bin (please download this .exe file only if the version is below 4350)

For Linux:
1. Download the file from this link and place it under Zoho\Analytics\lib (please download this file only if the version is below 4350)
