I get this error -  'Sorry, problem in connecting to your database server.' How do I overcome this?

I get this error -  'Sorry, problem in connecting to your database server.' How do I overcome this?

This error occurs in the following scenario:
  • Incorrect connection settings are specified - Ensure that the correct Endpoint, Port and user credentials are specified. 
  • Your cloud database service does not recognise Zoho Reports as an authenticated agent to fetch the data - To import data from Cloud Service you need to white list Zoho Analytics IP address.
