One-on-One Service Details

Super admins and admins can view and edit service details. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information.
Many service details and particulars can be viewed and edited from the Services section. To name a few:
  1. Assigned staff
  2. Service booking URL
  3. Embed code for your booking page
  4. Service name
  5. Service type
  6. Service duration
  7. Service price
  8. Activity status
To access the Services section, click Service in the top-left corner of your Bookings home page.



All services in your account are listed in this section. Click a one-on-one service to view or edit its details. 



Service Information

  1. All the details except "Allocated Workspace" and "Service Type" can be edited. Learn more about service features like Buffer Time, Payment options, and so on, from the adding a one-on-one service article.



  2. The selected reference color is associated to the service and will be visible in appointment slots in Day View and Week View.

  3. When the visibility is set to "Private," the service will not be listed in the Workspace booking URL
