Post and Manage your Jobs on Indeed
Recruit's integration with Indeed allows you to create sponsored job campaigns with a set budget, duration, and detailed analytics to track candidate applications.
- More applicants: Sponsored Jobs receive up to 5X more clicks.

- No one-size fits all posting fees: Select the budget that works for you.
- Pay for performance: You’re only charged when candidates click on your job(s).
- Detailed metrics and analytics: Your Indeed Dashboard gives you the data you need to understand performance and optimize your campaigns.
Follow the steps given below to enable the Indeed Sponsored job board in your Recruit account.
- Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.

- Search for Indeed Sponsored using the filters on the right-side and enable the toggle.

- In the pop-up that is displayed, click Authenticate.

- In Indeed's login page, do the following;
- Enter your email address or mobile number registered with your Indeed account and click Continue.

- Next, enter your Indeed account password and click Sign In.

- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered mobile number and click Submit.

- Lastly, select which employer account you wish to link with Recruit.

- You can now sponsor your jobs in Indeed with just a few clicks.
- In the Job Openings module, go to the Job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.

- Select Indeed Sponsored.

- In the first pop-up that is displayed, fill-in details required to sponsor your job and click Save.

- You will then see the campaign budget selection pop-up. Select an existing budget or enter your custom budget and click Sponsor Job.

- If you are having trouble choosing a budget for your campaign, you can use Indeed's Budget Calculator to estimate how many applies you might get for a given budget and vice-verza.

- Your preferences will then be saved. You can see total charges on the left side of your screen in the Sponsored Job Board Charges section.

- Choose a Candidate Application Form or create a new Webform and click Publish.

- Your job will then be sponsored in Indeed. Click Finish to continue

Unpublish job post
- Go to the job opening and click Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.

- At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to Unpublish your posting.

- Confirm to unpublish your job.
